Pour la première fois la Maison de Bégon accueille la tournée du Chicago Blues Festival avec un plateau inédit : Selwyn Birchwood Band, rejoint pour l’occasion par la chanteuse de Washington Carly Harvey !

Originaire de Tampa, en Floride, Selwyn s’est fait remarquer en remportant l’International Blues Challenge en 2013. Alternant sur scène entre guitare électrique et lap steel, il se distingue par sa voix inimitable. Avec son premier album Don’t Call No Ambulance, il a remporté de nombreux prix.

De son côté, Carly Harvey, surnommée la DC Queen of the Blues, mêle blues, jazz, soul et influences indigènes américaines. Charismatique et puissante, elle aime mettre en avant son héritage de la musique afro-indigène.
Une nouvelle fois, voici un concert exceptionnel à ne pas manquer !
