On this deep winter evening, we gather to step across a threshold — from the noise of the outer world into the quiet, luminous realm of inner visioning.

Dreaming the Year Into Being is an invitation to enter the Dreaming Temple, soften into a theta-state, and receive a guiding symbol for the year ahead.

Through cacao, meditation, breathwork and sound, you will sink beneath the surface of everyday thought and touch the part of you that already knows the shape of the year you are stepping into.

Within this dreamlike state, a symbol will emerge — something offered by your subconscious, Higher Self, or helping spirits.

This symbol may arrive as:

• a guide or guardian
• a number or sequence
• a colour or elemental force
• an animal, plant or archetype
• a shape, pattern, or piece of geometry
• an object such as a lantern, key, feather, chalice
• or a felt-sense or atmosphere

There is no right or wrong way for it to appear.

It simply rises — like a dream given form.

This symbol becomes a medicine, a compass, a teaching for your year.

It can guide your decisions, illuminate your path, and support you in aligning with what your soul is calling in.

During the ceremony you will:

• Drop into deep theta through Yoga Nidra
