Ground & Restore with Ayurvedic Yoga

The ancient science of Ayurveda calls autumn Vata season. As we move deeper into autumn, we can feel scattered and unfocused. This is Vata energy at work, creating the same changes we see in the falling leaves and fluctuating temperatures. This yoga class is designed to balance this energy with grounding poses to help you feel more anchored. We’ll use warming, calming essential oils and end with restorative postures to leave you feeling centered and rested.
This is an all-levels class and modifications will be offered. Students should bring a yoga mat and an eye covering, such as an eye pillow or washcloth.
