Latitude Movement and Sole at Woodlawn Beach are happy to partner once more to offer weekly 'pay what you can' beach yoga classes this summer. Classes begin at 6:30pm and run for 1 hour; parking at the beach is free weeknights after 6pm! So grab your friends, grab a bev at Sole, and your yoga mat to join us in a weekly class series that's suitable for all levels. 

Expect to sweat (we recommend water, a towel or blanket, a yoga mat, and sunscreen!) as we move through some simple yoga flows to start, and offer variations of poses for all skill levels. We'll end class with a short meditation, and later in the season it's a great time to catch the sunset.

Classes will run from May 21 through August 20, with additional dates if we still have warm weather!
