We are back with our flagship competition Strongest on the Coast at our new home in Forge Strength and Fitness 💪🏻

Classes for competition and events are as follows:

Class guidelines: 
Beginners: if you have placed first in a beginner comp then you need to be a novice. No more than 3 podium finishes in 2nd or 3rd… 
Masters: to qualify as a master then you must be turning 40 in the year 2026 (it does not need to be before the competition date.)
