December can feel full-on, busy, emotional, overwhelming, or just a bit “too much.” This New Year’s Eve morning sound bath is designed as a gentle antidote. A quiet pocket of calm you can step into before the world shifts into party mode. A place to reset, recharge, and regulate so you can enter the new year feeling steady rather than stressed.
Join me for a soothing NYE morning sound bath at Charlton Marshall Village Hall. It’s a larger space than I usually work in, which means more spaces at a lower price to keep it accessible for my local community.
Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and grounding low-frequency instruments, I’ll guide you into a restful, lower-brainwave state where the body can soften, release tension, and recalibrate with zero effort.
What’s included:

Who it’s for:

HOUSEKEEPING
The doors will open at 10AM where you will have time to land and set up your cosy space. The session will begin at 10.10AM. Please note, the doors will be closed and there will be no further entry after 10.10AM in order to support the feeling of safety in the group, so please plan your journey in advance to ensure you are not turned away. We will be immersed in our relaxing sound bath for approx 1 hour
There will be integration time at the end of the session and the session will close at 11.30AM.

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water, a floor mat, a cushion, a blanket and anything else you need to be super comfy while lying on the floor for an hour.
