This is a day to honour the most precious relationships in our lives - the ones that make us, shape us and sometimes challenge us too. We know that family ties can be both beautiful and complicated. That’s why this retreat is about carving out sacred time, slowing down together and giving space for love, understanding and presence to bloom.

Whether you’re arriving with your mum, your daughter, a sister, a soul-friend who feels like family or a fellow mama friend walking alongside you - this day is for you. A day to nurture your bond, to soften into self-love and to hold space for each other with compassion.

Expect a soulful mix of movement, rituals, rest and connection. You’ll flow side by side in gentle practices, journal from the heart, laugh, reflect and be guided into the sweetest stillness with sound healing. Together, we’ll share nourishing food, moments of light-hearted joy (yes, there will be dancing hehe) and the chance to create your own flower bouquet at our dreamy bloom bar
