Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other grounding low frequency instruments, I’ll guide you into a restful, lower brainwave state where the body can release tension, regulate the nervous system, and gently recalibrate, no effort needed. What’s included: A calm arrival space to land and settle 60 min immersive sound journey Gentle integration + reflection time (with optional journal companion prompts for those who wish to deepen the experience) Optional: oracle cards for guidance Who it’s for: Sensitive souls, those feeling frazzled, burnt out, or just curious about the power of rest. Whether you’re completely new to sound or returning to it, you’re welcome here. The meditation will begin at 7.10pm. Please note, the doors will be closed and there will be no further entry after 7.10pm in order to support the feeling of safety in the group, so please plan your journey in advance to ensure you are not turned away.
