- **Event Description**: Here it is folks!!! Our winter edition of painting with watercolors… but this time it’s with a bohemian twist! 

For this watercolors class we will be creating original mandalas on a piece of fabric… you can hang it in a window on your wall, drape it over a bookshelf or frame it! The choice is up to you! 
Because it’s a more in-depth drawing AND painting class it will be a 2 day “workshop.” 

Day 1 (Friday Jan 30th @ 6 pm): we will be drawing out mandalas. I will be taking everyone step by step through this process and it will be your own design so no 2 mandalas will be alike! I’ll be right here to advise everyone in this process so please don’t let the imagery intimidate you… I’ve got you every step of the way! 
Then we will trace them onto our silk and go over the lines with puffy paint. They will need to dry over night.

Day 2 (Sat Jan. 31st at 1pm-3pm): We will return to, then, paint our dried mandala in watercolors. For this session we will be using the wet on wet method. Afterwards we will dry them and then, if you want to frame yours, we will stretch them over a piece of matt board for later framing.  

The fabric size is fairly large at 20x24 and the cost for this watercolors workshop will be 60$ a person. When you sign up you’ll want to reserve both days for the entire workshop.
