Campers will learn from a former coach for Space Station Gaming Academy, gaining insight into high-level competitive play while building confidence both in and out of the game.

Throughout the camp, players will participate in skill drills, team exercises, strategy sessions, and organized matches focused on improving coordination, leadership, and sportsmanship. Esports helps young athletes develop valuable real-world skills such as communication, problem-solving, quick decision-making, and resilience under pressure. Team-based games like Rocket League also encourage collaboration and accountability, teaching players how to work together toward shared goals in a positive competitive environment.

We’ll also be hosting a Parent Panel from 9:00–9:30 AM, where families can learn more about esports, competitive gaming opportunities, online safety, healthy gaming habits, and the positive impact organized esports can have on student development.
