Whiskey Dinner with Doc Swinson's Whiskey

Join us on Saturday, December 6, at 6:00 PM in the Stars Room for a memorable three-course dinner celebrating the whiskeys of Doc Swinson’s, crafted in Ferndale, WA.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a distinct Doc Swinson’s expression, highlighting their signature depth and complexity. Guests will also enjoy exclusive savings on Doc Swinson’s whiskey with their ticket purchase.

We will always do our best to accommodate dietary needs, and substitutions will be made when possible. Because this is a chef-curated menu created specifically for this event, some modifications may not be possible. Please share any dietary requests in advance so our team can assist to the best of our ability.
