Beginner Gymnastics Pop-Up Clinic: Ages 4–6
Young gymnasts will explore foundational skills like balance, flexibility, and strength through age-appropriate activities and equipment. Perfect for building confidence and body awareness in a supportive setting.
Date: Saturday, November 8th
Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Location: Birch Bay Activity Center
Cost: $15 per person

Beginner Gymnastics Pop-Up Clinic: Ages 7–8
Designed for older beginners, this clinic introduces essential gymnastics techniques and routines. Participants will develop coordination, agility, and discipline while having fun and staying active.
Date: Saturday, November 8th
Time: 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM
Location: Birch Bay Activity Center
Cost: $15 per person
