## Free Women's Self-Defense Workshop in Blackstone, VA!
Hello Blackstone community!
I'm thrilled to invite you to a **free women's self-defense workshop** right here at my home dojo.
As a martial artist with **39 years of experience**—starting my journey back home in **NYC**—I've always believed in the power of giving back. For years, I regularly offered these types of empowerment workshops for the women in **Harlem and Brooklyn**, and I want to bring that same spirit and vital knowledge to our new community.
This is my way of sharing practical skills and building confidence, completely free of charge. Whether you're a complete beginner or just want to sharpen your awareness, this workshop is designed for you.
Workshop Details:
* **Who:** **Teens and Adults Only** (for safety and focused instruction).
* **What:** A practical, hands-on self-defense workshop focusing on awareness, de-escalation, and simple, effective techniques.
* **Where:** My private home dojo in **Blackstone, VA**.
**Space is very limited!** To ensure a quality experience, I'm capping the workshop at **30 participants**.
