All Legacy Factions are allowed but must use the Renegade 1.5 pack

All armies are subject to the following restrictions
Max 25% (500 points) on characters
Max 33% (666 points) on units/models with fly (including characters)
No duplicate rare choices (even if unit/model can be taken in other sections)
Max of 4 units with Ethereal
Max of 9 Goblin Fanatics
Max of 3 models with Wailing Dirge
No duplicate Magic Items (including Extremely Common)
This tournament is intended to be welcoming to seasoned veterans as well as new players.
Any army lists deemed to be ‘too competitive’ by the TO may be asked to be resubmitted.
