- **Event Description**: Pianist Erica Ann Sipes joins the Virginia Tech Philharmonic, conducted by Mathias Elmer, for a performance of Anna von Schaden's B-flat major piano concerto. PERFORMANCE starts at 7:30pm. PRE-CONCERT TALK with Anne starts at 6:30pm.

This may be a first performance in this country of this wonderful, sparkling, moving concerto so it's not to be missed. 

We will also be joined by writer Anne Midgette who is currently writing an historical novel about Anna von Schaden and her friend, piano maker Nanette Streicher. Pre-concert talk is at 6:30pm in the Cube at the Center for the Arts on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Tickets are $15 General/$12 Senior/$10 Students
