No Knead Bread Workshop ($25)

Learn how to make your own gorgeous, bakery-quality bread! No kneading, no stand mixer, no bread machine, and no experience neccessary. This is a one-bowl recipe that’s perfect for new bakers, lazy bakers, and bakers with limited kitchen space.

Participants will sample eight flavors of bread; learn how to make crusty bread boules and sandwich loaves; and take home a mixing bowl (with lid), a silicone spatula, a packet of yeast, a tea towel, and a laminated instruction sheet with tons of recipe variations.

Instruction will be provided by Breanne LeJeune of Tomato Cat Farm, an urban hobby farm and home bakery based in Christiansburg.

Registration is required so we know how many people to provide supplies/samples for.
