Reset & Cleanse: Yoga & Ayurveda Day Retreat

Join Angie Tiwari for our beautiful day retreat where you'll learn about ancient, powerful Indian wellness rituals. Your reminder as you start the new year to slow down, connect deeper with nature and your Self.

January, in Ayurvedic tradition, is primarily the Shishira (late winter) season, which sees the increase of kapha dosha and aggravated vata dosha. Through this day, we will align with the elements and work to balance these doshas.

Please arrive as close to 10am as possible and no earlier than 9.45am.

- A multitude of ancient rituals and accessible practices to deepen your yoga practice with an Indian yoga teacher

The space

Our venue has an orchard, garden, mixed woodland with walking paths, a labyrinth, wild ponds and we have exclusive access to the 35 acre woodland. Our indoor space is where we'll practice yoga asana (poses) and eat together.

About Angie
