Silent Yin Yoga
Come and enjoy the tranquility of a beautiful Yin practice in silence!
“Silence is not the absence of sounds silence is simply listening.”
During this 75 minute class you will be guided by your teacher ( Jill Khan ) through a series of seated and reclining postures and assisted in to the postures where necessary.
The postures will then be held for up to 5 minutes without any verbal cueing throughout that time - Only the most blissful ambient music/sounds to take you away from the distractions and stimulation of your surroundings and transcend you into a place beyond your physical body - A journey inwards!
By practicing in silence, this gives you the opportunity to find profound feelings of inner peace and stillness of the body and mind, allowing for a reflective experience of self.
