We’re proud to be sponsoring the Ems Fitness Hub Mile at this year’s Ron’s Run for Toys. A fun, community event raising toys and toiletries for local children and teens who might otherwise go without this Christmas 🥰
There’s something for everyone:
✨ Children’s Mile with spot prizes
✨ Amanda’s Walk (BFR Mental Health Champion)
✨ David Sargent Mile (12–15 min joggers) ✨ Ems Fitness Hub Mile (8–12 min runners)
✨ Bob Massey Race(ish) – sub 8 min milers

🎁 Entry: a new unwrapped toy (approx £7 value) or toiletries for teens
