Free Community Yoga
A free yoga session open to anyone 18+ but there are limited spaces due to equipment. We can supply enough mats for 12 people, or bring your own.
Wear loose fitting or flexible clothing
Gentle introduction to yoga. a 45 minute class followed by 15 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises) guided a meditation.
Suitable to all, whether you have never done yoga or meditated. Come and see what the fuss is all about.
