A slow paced yoga class bringing awareness to the body and mind using the breath and offering suggestions for developing a self practice.
This is an opportunity to invest time in you - a self care practice promoting balance in mind and body.
What to expect from the 90 min session.
- Intro - 5-10 mins
- Breath work - 20mins
- Yin Yoga - 45-60mins
- Relaxation - 5-10mins
This class is available to all in a beautiful room at Blackpool Central Library (who have kindly offered the room with no charge too).

Mats and props will be provided but if you have your own mat, blanket or cushion please bring them along and I can offer this free class to more people.
