Through mindful presence, breath, and the resonant tones of sound you’ll be guided into a state of calm resilience and quiet renewal. The flicker of firelight and the hush of stillness weave together — inviting you to kindle your own inner flame amid centuries of English heritage and Nordic serenity.

Please wear warm comfy clothes , bring a mat , blanket and cushion.
