Nordic Shield Mindfulness in the historic Billiard Room at the amazing venue of Hoghton Tower, where a real roaring fire warms the oak-panelled space and history itself seems to breathe.
Through mindful presence, breath, and the resonant tones of sound you’ll be guided into a state of calm resilience and quiet renewal. The flicker of firelight and the hush of stillness weave together — inviting you to kindle your own inner flame amid centuries of English heritage and Nordic serenity.
No rushing during our deep relaxation Breath work evening in the beautiful Billiard room by a real fire on the 9th December. 6-15-7-45pm 
Included Coffee , tea and Christmas cake treats. ?☕️??
Please wear warm comfy clothes , bring a mat , blanket and cushion. 
Chairs are available also.
