Relaxing Soundbath at Samlesbury Memorial Hall

Join me for an hour of relaxation. By immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, the vibrant richness of gongs and the pure, restful tones of crystal singing bowls you’ll be transported into a world of peace and tranquility. You’ll then be guided back through therapeutic percussion.
By playing these instruments in a certain way brainwaves are lowered, the mind and body slowly relaxes and healing begins . We all need to find time to experience total relaxation.
