"Exciting News! 🥊💚 SAPUK in collaboration with GH Boxing is proud to offer FREE mental health and suicidal support sessions at Great Harwood Boxing & Fitness ! 🌟

We believe physical activity can be a powerful tool for mental wellbeing. Exercise releases endorphins, reduces stress, and boosts self-esteem. Join us on August 11th for our opening day and let's prioritize our mental health together! 💪

Session times:
Under 16's: 3-4pm
Females: 5-6pm
Males: 7-8pm

A donation bucket will be available for those who wish to contribute or you can donate online via our website just reference GH Boxing. Let's come together to support each other's mental health journey!

In between the sessions there will be 1-1 / group facilitating of emotional regulation with your local Suicidologist;
