Mindfulness for Mothers

Community in motherhood can be a sancuatry. Bethany has created this support group to uplift mothers in their journey of motherhood. Where the world can have so much noise, and advice, Bethany intentionally creates an enviroment to return to the mother within. To listen to the instincts and wisdom all caregivers carry. This is a place to feel a sense of community, and refill your always giving cup. The evening takes place every third Thursday of the month. We begin with a topic of discussion, breathing excersie, then Bethany leads the group into a guided meditation with energy healing. We end support group with open discussion. Mindfulness for Moms will meet in Studio D at the Lunda Community Center.


There is child watch on site through the Lunda Center from 5-7pm for ages 18mo -8 year. ($3 non members & $2 members)
