Exploration of Energy - Connecting with your Spirit Team

It's time for another Exploration of Energy!

Join us for a heart-centered class designed to help you connect with your personal Spirit Team—the loving guides, angels, ancestors, and light beings who support you on your life path. Through guided meditation, reflection, and intuitive exercises, you’ll learn how to recognize their presence, understand their messages, and strengthen your relationship with them.

What to Bring: A journal or notebook and a writing utensil for notes and reflections
