- **Event Description**: Join us every Tuesday at 4:45 PM for Tap 2, a class that fuses Broadway Dance, Jazz, and Rhythmic Tap through percussive footwork and character portrayal. Appropriately fitting tap shoes are required.
Geared towards students with some previous dance experience, this class is an extension of the concepts learned in Tap 1; however, beginner dancers ages 10+ are absolutely welcome. Each class includes warm-up exercises, across-the-floor combinations, center floor work, and excerpts of choreography to familiarize students with the tap genre. Dancers will develop their musicality, precision, and coordination, and participate in fun activities centered around dance history and artistic expression.

This class offers an optional end-of-season recital in May.
