This experience is intentionally designed to honour movement, connection, and feminine strength — both individually and collectively.
The pop-up will feature two curated sessions, each offered as a complete movement and ritual experience:
Session One: 3:00 PM
Session Two: 5:00 PM
Each session includes a guided Pilates ritual led by our lead instructor, Willow. Focusing on strength, flow, alignment, and embodied presence. The practice is designed to feel grounding yet empowering — supportive, intelligent movement that invites you back into your body with clarity and confidence.
Immediately following the Pilates session, guests are invited to remain in the space to gather, mingle, and enjoy ceremonial matcha curated by Ritual Wellness™. This post-practice moment is intentionally unstructured — a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate community in honour of International Women’s Day.

Tickets for early access participants will be on sale February 3, 2026 and the general public will have access to tickets on February 5, 2026.
