Participants are encouraged to carry an American flag—proudly and respectfully—either individually or as part of a team. Whether you choose to run, hike, or ruck, this event is about remembrance, community, and honoring those who served.

Event Options -
   - Choose between a 5K or 10K distances
   - Run or hike with or without a 35 lb rucksack
   - Both courses are scenic out-and-back routes 

Course & Safety Notes -
   - This is a cupless event to reduce waste. Please bring a handheld water bottle or Camelbak-style hydration system.
   - Emergency water will be available on course. Water stations will be staffed by U.S. Marine veterans—compliance may require a few burpees.
   - Weather conditions may be warm. Please dress and hydrate accordingly.

   - Start time: 0700 sharp

Giving Back -
All donations and a portion of event proceeds benefit Anthem – Daisy Mountain Veterans, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2012. The organization is comprised of veterans, active-duty service members, military families, and supporters dedicated to the well-being of veterans and their families. Their mission is to honor, support, and thank all who have served or are currently serving in the United States Military, while promoting community service, American values, youth programs, freedom, and liberty.
