- **Event Description**: ❤️To celebrate the annual International Yoga Day, I will be hosting a charity donation class, with all yoga proceeds donated to the Red Cross.

?The class will take place on Friday, June 19th, from 09:15 to 10:45 — a 90-minute Ashtanga yoga practice. After class, coffee, tea, and desserts will be provided for everyone.

?There is no need to book in advance or pay beforehand. After the class, my partner Jackie will be available with a POS machine for payments, and all donations will go directly into the Red Cross account. A suggested donation is between £15–£30, depending on your personal preference.

?If you have never practiced yoga before but are interested in trying it, you are very welcome to join. Please arrive 15 minutes early, and I will give a brief introduction to the class.

?Whether you are a yoga enthusiast or an experienced yoga teacher, everyone is welcome. The 90-minute practice will be taught with modifications for different levels, so there is no need to worry.
