EVENT DETAILS
•	DATE: Saturday May 16, 2026 
•	LOCATION: 13700 S. Memorial Dr. Bixby, OK 74008
•	ENTRY FEE: $20 per person
•	 PAYOUT/PRIZES: 1st - $250 and trophies, 2nd - $150 and trophies, 3rd - $100 and trophies, 4th & 5th receive a set of Stuff Cornhole bags, 6th - 10th entry fee back.

ON-SITE ACTIVITIES: 
•	BBQ Contest ($15 Taster Plate) 11AM – 1:30PM *limited quantities available
•	50/50 Raffle Drawing 
•	Long Toss Contest

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
•	1st 25 Players to sign up will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card
•	All players 21 and up will receive a free beer.
•	No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the park.  
•	Parking will be $10.	

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
•	Blind draw (players will be randomly paired together.
•	Two players per team
•	Double Elimination (3 game guarantee)
•	2 out of 3 winners bracket
•	1 game losers bracket
•	Check In: 1pm
•	Bags Fly: 2p.m.
•	Players may Bring their on bags.
