1. ИНФОРМАЦИИ 

1.1 Правила
- Pelister Downhill Cup #14 ќе биде одржан според правилата нa Union Cycliste Internationale UCI.
- Сите натпреварувачи кои ќе учествуваат на тренинзите, квалификациите и финалната трка ги прифаќаат правилата и се обврзани истите да ги почитуваат.
- Организаторот не одговара за било какви правни последици во случај на незгода или надомест за оштетување на опремата на натпреварувачите.
- Организаторот не одговара за дела направени од страна на натпреварувачите од врз трети лица.
- Натпреварувачите под 18 години треба да да поднесат согласност / изјава од родител или старател.

*Натпреварувачите помлади од 18 години мораат да бидат придружувани од полнолетно лице (родител или член на клубот) кој ќе биде одговорен.

2. Учество

2.1 Категории 
 - Мини Јуниори (Кадети) / Mini Junior (12-15 години/years) - само за лиценцирани / only for licenced
- Јуниори / Junior  (16-17 години/years) -  само за лиценцирани / only for licenced
- Елит / Elite  (18-29 години/years) -  само за лиценцирани / only for licenced
- Мастерс / Masters (30+ години/years) -  само за лиценцирани / only for licenced
- Жени / Women -  само за лиценцирани / only for licenced
- Хоби / Hobbi

2.2 Бодирање
UCI систем на бодување

2.3 Регистрација и стартарина
- Цената за пријава на натпреварот изнесува 1200 денари (20 евра) за лиценцирани MАКЕДОНСКИ натпреварувачи а за сите натпреварувачи без лиценца или со лиценцеа, учеството изнесува 2100 денари (35 евра) и се извршува на лице место.

2.4 Распоред

- САБОТА 29.08.2026
08:00 – 12:00 Пријавување и превземање на стартните броеви.
10:00 – 16:00 Тренинг со обезбеден превоз, жичара, медицинска екипа и судии.

- НЕДЕЛА 30.08.2026
09:00 - 11:00 Официјален тренинг со обезбеден превоз, жичара, медицинска екипа и судии.
11:30 – 13:00 Квалификации со обезбеден превоз, жичара, медицинска екипа и судии.
14:00 Финална трка.
Организаторот го задржува правото за измена на распоредот и времето со цел побрзо и поквалитетно одвивање на натпреварот.

2.5 Мерење на време
 - Мерењето на времето ќе се одвива хронометарски.

2.6 Превоз
- Организаторот ќе обезбеди превоз на натпреварувачите со жичара. 
- Натпреварувачите се должни да се придржуваат на распоредот. 

2.7 Награди
- Медали и пехари ќе бидат доделени за првите пет најдобри времиња во секоја категорија поединечно.

2.8 Технички спецификации на патеката
- Должина: 1.100 метри
- Висинска разлика: 250 метри

1. RACE INFORMATION
1.1 Rules
- Pelister Downhill Cup #14 will take place in accordance to the rules of the Union Cycliste Internationale UCI.
- All competitors who will participate in the training, qualifications, and the final race accept the rules and are obliged to follow them.
- The organizer is not responsible for any legal consequences in case of accident or compensation for damage to the equipment of the competitors.
- The organizer is not responsible for works done by the competitors by third parties.
- Competitors under 18 years of age must submit a consent/statement from a parent or guardian.
- When picking up the starter package, it is necessary to submit a consent/statement with all the necessary information (.PDF consent). Competitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (parent or club member) who will be in charge.

2. Participation

2.1 Categories
- Mini Junior / Junior / Elite / Masters / Women/ Hobbi

2.2 Registration and start-up
- The price for registration for the competition is 1200 MKD (20 euros) for MACEDONIAN licenced competitors and 2100 MKD (35 eur) for all other competitors without or with licence and is done on the spot.

2.4 Schedule

- SATURDAY 29.08.2026
08:00 - 12:00 Registration and receiving the starting numbers.
10:00 - 16:00 Training with provided transportation, cable car, medical team, and judges.

- SUNDAY 30.08.2026
09:00 - 11:00 Official training with provided transportation, cable car, medical team, and judges.
11:30 - 13:00 Qualifications with provided transportation, cable car, medical team, and judges.
14:00 Final race.
*The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule and time in order to make the match faster and better.

2.5 Timing
- Timekeeping will take place chronometers.

2.6 Transportation
- The organizer will provide an adequate transport to the the starting point for the competitors with the chairlift.
- Competitors are required to adhere to the schedule.

2.7 Awards
- Medals and trophies will be awarded for the first five best times in each category individually.
