Life has a way of pulling your attention in every direction. This class is an open invitation to slow down and find your way back to yourself.

Through guided meditation and grounding imagery, you'll be gently led into a place of calm and steadiness — the kind that stays with you long after you leave. Throughout the practice, gentle Reiki energy work is woven in to support deep rest, ease stress, and encourage your body's natural ability to restore and rebalance itself.

No experience necessary. Whether you're brand new to meditation or simply in need of a reset, this is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.

Come to rest. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and supported.
