In this immersive wellness experience, you will harness the power of three transformative practices to calm your nervous system, restore your body, and quiet your mind.

You begin with a guided meditation, settling your awareness and drawing your attention inward. You move through a gentle, easy flow, releasing what no longer serves you and awakening your body with ease — no experience necessary, all levels welcome.

You close in savasana, surrendering to a healing sound bath and tuning fork therapy, using vibrational frequency to balance your energy and guide yourself into a profound state of rest and renewal.
