Hey Bismarck/Mandan friends! I’m excited to announce I’ll be hosting a large group sourdough bread class at Co-Studio in downtown Bismarck! 

? Date: Tuesday, June 16th
? Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm
? Group size: 30 spots! 
? Cost: $100 per person

Perfect for total beginners! In this fun, hands-on class you’ll learn:

✅ Mixing, shaping, and baking your dough
✅ A stress-free method—no daily feedings, no discard. Feed your starter only when you’re ready to bake!  
✅ Step-by-step instructions as we go from starter to golden, crusty loaf.  
✅ A taste of warm, fresh-baked sourdough (yum!).  
✅ Your very own low-maintenance starter to keep the bread baking going at home.
✅Scoring techniques for that gorgeous crust!

What you’ll leave with: 
?? dough to bake the next day at home
?? a starter kit (banneton, dough sling, danish dough whisk, bread lame, silicone bowl scraper, and a narrow jar scraper)
?? a jar of starter
?? a nail brush to wash that pesky dough of your hands
?? and a recipe in digital form and hard copy!

You will walk away prepared and confident with new skills, recipe confidence, and lots of sourdough love! ?❤️
