Over nine months of immersive training and more than 150 hours of practice, Charlie cultivated a deep understanding of how the breath can unlock emotional release, clarity, and reconnection to self. Most recently, Charlie travelled to Bali to further his studies — deepening his knowledge of ancient breathwork traditions and integrating new teachings into his own unique approach.Through his sessions, Charlie weaves together breath, sound, and intuitive guidance to create grounded, heart-opening spaces for transformation and remembrance. His work invites participants to reconnect with their soma — the living body — and rediscover the innate intelligence that resides within.“Your breath is the medicine that returns you home.”Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a space to reconnect with your body and mind, this event offers a unique opportunity to explore and expand your consciousness. No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome to participate.Don't miss out on this incredible experience!
