To feel your feet on the Earth. To sense the breath moving through you. To know—deep in your bones—that you are exactly where you’re meant to be.This space was created as a refuge, a remembrance, and a return.A return to the body.A return to the breath.A return to the living temple that you are. We’ll move, we’ll breathe, we’ll open.In this sacred container, participants will be supported with the ancestral plant medicines of cacao and hapé—each offering their own harmonic invitation into presence and clarity. Cacao, a heart-opening elixir, gently guides the emotional body into coherence, deepening states of gratitude and connection. Hapé, a grounding Amazonian snuff, clears energetic stagnation and centers awareness within the breath. Together, these sacred allies work in synergy with breathwork, sound healing, and kundalini yoga—creating a multidimensional field of purification, activation, and remembrance. Each practice harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit, anchoring participants into deeper states of stillness, receptivity, and embodied truth. This immersive experience is designed to guide you through powerful emotional and spiritual practices that awaken your inner wisdom and reconnect you with the essence of who you are. Surrounded by nature and held in sacred space, you’ll journey inward — shedding layers, softening resistance, and opening to profound healing. To close the circle, we will gather at the fire pit for a guided offering ceremony—an intimate communion with the element of Fire. This sacred ritual invites each participant to place symbolic offerings into the flames, releasing what no longer serves and anchoring prayers of renewal. Accompanied by live medicine songs, the fire becomes a living altar—transmuting intentions into light and echoing our voices into the unseen. In song and silence, we honor the fire as both witness and catalyst, weaving individual release into collective transformation. What to Expect:Kundalini Yoga – Activate your energy body and unlock inner strength through breath, movement, and mantra.Breathwork – Release emotional blockages and access expanded states of awareness through conscious, connected breathing.Sacred Plant Medicine (Hapé) – Receive grounding and clarity through a guided ceremony with this ancestral Amazonian medicine.Sound Healing – Bathe in therapeutic frequencies that soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore inner harmony.Throughout the day, we’ll explore the sacred power of being one — with your breath, your body, each other, and the living Earth.Who It’s For:Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, renewal, or simply space to reconnect, Soma Sancturay Retreat welcomes you just as you are.
