We warmly welcome everyone 18-111 - it’s the perfect time to try something new - the perfect time to come back if you haven’t done it for a while. No complicated stuff to learn - no stress, no judgement- Zumba is for everyone- you can go at your own pace- you can go wild or take it a bit easier - just come along and give it a go! You deserve it!

Zumba is dancing along to upbeat music from around the world with simple but great fun moves that will get you pumpin’ and your natural happy chemicals flowin!

Feel shy or unfit? DON’T WORRY! Just take that first step in the door and we will support you all the way. 

No booking needed, and last minute spontaneous joiners are ALWAYS great to have, but it might  get a bit busy so please press the ‘interested’ or ‘going’ button or even better, let us know you’re coming, to make sure your space on our dance floor 😍🥳🥳🌟🌟😎

 Classes are £5 each or a block of 10 for only £40 (use any time within 90 days). All you need to bring is some water, and wear bouncy shoes!
