It brings us so much joy to share with you an offering that has been simmering away in the background.

Claire of yogalifeunplugged and Torrin have been collaborating, bringing to life a beautiful program called "Note to Self - With Love".

This program consists of 5 sessions, with each session holding safe space for you to journey inward and explore the stories and lenses we each hold in order to receive and experience our lives.

Our intention is to create an incredible space and offer tools and techniques in which you can explore:
- How to tune in to and experience your 5 bodies - physical, emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual 
- Understand the stories you hold about your Self and your life, so that you can decide what holds true and is important to you, and where your story can now shift and flow in new ways
- Observe patterns of holding around emotional states like anger, fear, guilt and shame and tap in to your own intuitive knowing of how to release these old story lines
- How sound, cacao, yoga, herbs and breathwork can be incredible allies in our daily lives
- Discover beautiful self care rituals and enjoy delicious foods that nourish the Body and Soul and so much more...

A little about Claire and Torrin...

Claire’s lifelong journey explores the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, shaped by early mentors and a dedicated yoga practice which begun in 2001. She went on to deepen her understanding and practice through immersive training while living at the Sivananda Ashram, recieving daily teachings from the Swamis. Claire continued to broaden her knowledge & offerings through studying the teachings of Yin Yoga, Reiki, acupressure and Chinese Medicine. Claire passionately guides others to reconnect with themselves—building trust, listening inwardly, and living with greater balance, intuition, peace, and abundance.

Torrin is an experienced Sound Healer, Herbalist and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. These kinds of spaces where beings can come together, holding space for each other and take time for themselves to explore their journeys, gives him an incredible sense of love, joy and peace. "When we each of us decide to work on ourselves, to grow, and radiate our beauty and light out to the world, we become an incredible united energy of good, truth and beauty for everyone and everything".

Note to Self is an immersive experience, that will touch each of our hearts, allowing us all the space to grow and receive the world in a new way. Note to Self will be ongoing through the spring and summer, one session a month from May to September 2026 (5 Sessions total). Each session has been curated to build upon the previous session. The program is £222 - this will be a £111 deposit to reserve your space and then £22.20 per session which can be paid on the day of each one. There are 8 spaces available per program. Our first session - Seeds of Intention will be held on the 31st May, 2026.
