After her last sell-out mindful writing events, Sarah is back for a workshop on meditative writing to kick-start the 2026 Bishop's Castle Arts Festival Programme for the Poetry Ph*rm*cy.
Meditation teacher Sarah will guide you to write from a place of stillness, a place where the body can express itself without the interruption of the usual mind chatter. With guided meditation, contemplation, and creative exercises, this workshop will challenge you to write from a precious place that untaps your expression in a new way.
This workshoop is part of the Bishop's Castle Arts Festival.
