Am Hoping some of you lovely lot can help this Easter?
A friend of mine (Robyn) who is a biker, runs a complex care unit in Evenwood, Bishop Auckland and asked if it was possible if we could do an Easter Bike Run across with Easter Eggs and everyone dressed up for the residents?
Her unit has 23 younger adult residents who have physical disabilities/brain injuries and learning disabilities.
I have of course said YES its possible, however I do know Sat 4th and Sun 5th April are the dates of The two ongoing established Easter Egg Runs.
I was hoping since The Northumbria Egg run is on Sat 4th and more north bound that some of us from Durham or those not attending Northumbria Egg Run could attend this event in Bishop Auckland on Sat 4th April for these young residents.
I would be so grateful if we can make this happen for these residents, putting massive smiles on their faces this Easter.

SATURDAY 4TH APRIL - 11.30AM Arrive.

Tea and coffee will be available for us all.
If possible it would be lovely if you can all bring and donate eggs on the day to the care home. But please dont worry if this is not possible.
