Session 1
Guided meditation & Laughter Yoga
You will experience deep relaxation and inner calm as we begin with a Guided Meditation, gently grounding the mind and body through focused breathing and mindfulness. As your awareness expands and tension melts away, the session naturally flows into an uplifting Laughter Yoga practice, where intentional laughter and playful exercises awaken joy, boost energy, and foster connection. Together, these two practices create a harmonious journey from peaceful stillness to vibrant, heart-opening laughter. Leaving you refreshed, light, and blissfully balanced.
Comfort Break ~ Pastries/Flapjacks with herbal/teas/coffee, juice and detox water.
Session 2
Groove With Melonie
After your comfort break you will be taking part in an exciting session called 'Groove with Melonie'. Your host Melanie is an Advanced Groove Facilitator and proud part of the World Groove Movement, created by Misty Tripoli. Groove is a simple yet powerful dance experience designed to unite us through shared rhythm and freedom of movement. We’ll move to all styles of music — from soulful beats to uplifting rhythms — guided by simple movements that everyone can do, while expressing them in your own unique way. There’s no right or wrong, no competition, and no choreography to remember. For this retreat, she will be creating a bespoke playlist designed especially for the day — crafted to bring you the very best experience, lifting your spirit, soothing your soul, and connecting you deeply with your body and the moment.
Lunch ~ A colourful nutritous healthy lunch, created by our chef, specially for this event.

Session 3
Breathwork & Sound
Once you have enjoyed a nutritious healthy lunch, Noreen will hold space for a calming, gentle Breathwork session to help you return to stillness and presence. You’ll then be guided into a relaxing Sound Bath journey, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over you and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
Followed by 2 glorious hours in the Spa!
Which has a pool, sauna and steam rooms, jacuzzi and loungers to relax on.
Plus a complimentary drink from Noreen to enjoy in the Spa!
