We begin with an opening ceremony allowing us to settle in and feel present. The intention is to gently transition a person from their normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta). In this relaxed state , a person’s own innate healing abilities should then be able to work more effectively in order to bring the person back into alignment. The process can help to bring the person back into optimal vibration, offering many benefits to general health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally. Please bring your own mat/blanket, there are some available if you dont have your own.
