Join us for a heart-opening session of Laughter Yoga, where we blend laughter exercises with gentle movement and breathwork to boost your mood, reduce stress, and energise your spirit.
A chance to lean into self enquiry of resistance and flow, using journaling and time for reflection. An opportunity to explore and expand your experiences with play.
