Christmas Holiday Times

‼️‼️Christmas Opening Hours‼️‼️

All classes in the gym will run as normal until Tuesday 23rd December so please keep coming along.
We will also be open in between Christmas and New Year for Open Mat training between the times below
Monday 29th - 8am-12pm
Tuesday 30th - 8am-12pm
Wednesday 31st - 8am-12pm
Thursday 1st - 8am-12pm
Friday 2nd - 12pm-3pm

Anyone with memberships can use the gym between those hours for any training 🙂

We will return back to normal classes on Monday 5th January ready for an active 2026!
