Join us in Hamsterley Forest for a festive wild sauna session and (optional) cold plunge at the waterfall. Think crackling fire, the sound of rushing water, starlit skies through the trees, and that deep, calm feeling only hot and cold therapy in nature can give you.
A short, beautiful woodland walk from the car park leads you down to our wild forest sauna spot. Please arrive a little early so you can enjoy your full hour of sauna time.

• Wood-fired sauna by the waterfall
• Optional cold dip (if you feel called)
• Nature, stillness and space to reset
• Cozy festive vibes around the fire
🎄 Festive twist
Wear something Christmassy: a silly hat, a jumper, festive socks… go for it.
And feel free to bring s’mores or treats for the fire to share and enjoy afterwards.
⚠️ Please note
• To get into the water and the spot it is on wild terrain and you take part at your own risk.
• This is a wild spot with uneven, sometimes muddy terrain: good footwear is essential
• Please bring a torch or head torch for the walk to and from the sauna
• If the weather is really bad we may postpone for safety and your ticket will be rolled over to another date
