🧹 BARUFC BIG CLUB TIDY-UP – 1 DAY TO GO -VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 💪

📍 Location: BARUFC Clubhouse & Grounds
With our 50th anniversary celebrations approaching, it’s time to spruce up the club and get everything looking top-notch. We need your help to tackle a big list of jobs that’ll make a massive difference to how our club looks and feels—every pair of hands counts!
Here’s a list of the jobs that we’re aiming to get done:
🔸 Weeding & cleaning the front of the club and terrace
🔸 Jet-washing brickwork, terrace, & guttering
🔸 Deep cleaning changing rooms (Gareth’s team, you're legends!)
🔸 Replacing ceiling tiles in the lounge
🔸 Scrubbing the bar area & polishing the corners of the clubhouse
🔸 Straightening posts on the first team pitch
🔸 Replacing the light above the ladies’ changing room door
🔸 Repairing & treating benches and terrace tables
🔸 Strimming overgrown borders and back hedges (Lauren may be onto the gear—can someone confirm?)
🔸 Clearing/tidying changing room 3
🔸 Tidying the boiler room
🔸 Fixing locks/handles around the club
🔸 Fitting a lock to the old physio/linen room
Whether you’ve got 30 minutes or a full day , we’d love to see you. Bring tools, gloves, elbow grease—and let’s make this a proper team effort!
Ideally, to assist in coordinating the day, we would like people to confirm they will be attending and state which tasks they would be willing to contribute to, so we can understand what resources we will have on the day and prioritise tasks accordingly.
