Held in the grounding, restorative rhythm of nature,
 this gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect, and realign—deeply and intentionally.
Just 500m from the venue, we will journey into the Xologha Forest,
 where the wisdom of the natural world becomes our guide.

This is where the body softens.
 Where the mind quiets.
 Where you remember your place within the living Earth.

We gather in sisterhood to release what has been held, to reconnect through presence and breath, and to return to a more rooted, aligned way of being.

Expect a deeply nourishing morning of:

• Guided forest walk through Xologha Forest
 • Mindful forest bathing to calm the nervous system and awaken the senses
 • Chakra alignment in nature to restore energetic flow and grounding
 • Full body breathwork for release and renewal
 • Guided meditation for integration and stillness
 • A held sisterhood space for connection and reflection

The deeper work…

Forest bathing supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and brings the body back into balance through immersion in nature.

Chakra alignment in nature allows the body’s energy centres to recalibrate with the Earth’s frequency—grounding, opening, and restoring inner harmony.

Mindfulness anchors you into the present moment, guiding you out of the mind and back into the body and the Sacred Earth.
This is not about becoming someone new.

 It is about returning— to your body, your breath, your natural rhythm.
