The 4 hours class will surely equip you with valuable knowledge & skills so that you can “roast” this Chinese classic and traditional dish and agar agar anytime for your family celebrations.

Course Outline:
*To introduce keys ingredients
*To demon on cooking the agar agar for the creation
*To apply knowledge & skill learn to complete roasted pig and peach using moulds.
*To learn using natural food colourings on creations.
*To assemble the entire creation
*To learn plating technique for aesthetics presentation
* Troubleshoot & fix creation
