Hands-on Fresh Pandan Chiffon Cake and Passion Fruit Coconut Chi
In this workshop, we are going back to the basics!
In this workshop, I shall be teaching the fundamentals of chiffon making. You will learn all the basics skills necessary to make fabulously tall and soft chiffon cakes!
The first cake we will make is the classic pandan chiffon cake. Fresh pandan juice and coconut milk produces this totally aromatic and super soft cake that you cannot buy anywhere in the shops!
We are also baking a very very tender passion fruit coconut chiffon cake. Yogurt keeps a cake moist so this cake ends up being moist and soft and super pang pang (aromatic)!
